The company will raise Tk 62.45 crore through this share issue to the general investors. Earlier, bidding investors set a cut-off price of Rs 35 per share for the company. 2 crore 1 lakh 46 thousand 7 will be issued to the eligible investors at this rate. 60 crore 51 lakh 36 thousand 610 taka will be withdrawn from eligible investors.
By raising this money, the company will spend on business expansion, bank loan repayment and IPO costs. According to the company's consolidated financial statements as on June 30, 2019, the net asset value per share (including revaluation reserves) stood at Rs 45.15 and net asset value per share (excluding revaluation reserves) stood at Rs 30.20.
